    • Service-based Refunds: As a charity, we do not provide services for commercial purposes. All services offered by WDO, such as water projects, ambulance services, and food ration distribution, are provided free of charge and cannot be refunded or canceled.

    • Change of Donation Amount: If you wish to change the amount of a donation after it has been processed, you must make a new donation at the desired amount. We are unable to adjust or refund previously processed donations.
